Tuition Reimbursement
 
After 6 months of employment, Internext reimburse 100% of your tuition and fees at any accredited college or university for pre-approved course work upon completion of the course with a grade of "B" or better. Prior approval, receipt of course material costs and verification of grade are required. The maximum reimbursement is $2,000 per year.
   
Cell phone reimbursement policy
  After 6 months of employment, Internext reimburse 50% of your cell phone bill; maximum up to $25.00 per month.
   
Health club Membership reimbursement policy
  After 6 months of employment, Internext reimburse 50% of your health club membership fee; maximum up to $25.00 per month.
   
Business Referral Policy
 
A Business Referral Bonus of $500 or a set percentage of the net margin of the new account, depending on the extent of employee involvement, will be paid for each opportunity referral leading to business. This bonus will be paid three months after a business agreement has been signed with the referred client/company.
   
Recruiting Bonus Policy
  A Recruiting or Employee Referral Bonus of $500 to $1000, based on skill set and experience, will be paid for each employee referral leading to employment. The first half of this bonus will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the first time-sheet of the new employee. The second half will be paid after the new recruit has been employed with Internext for three months.
